William K. Ellermeyer, former human resources executive, is an experienced entrepreneur, global speaker, and executive career coach.
During the 1980s, Bill pioneered Career Management Services, an executive outplacement business located in Orange County, California.
His firm expanded to three cities, and was acquired in 1989 by Lee Hecht Harrison.
Bill was instrumental in expanding the business to what was recognized then as one of the leading outplacement firms in California.
Currently on board with Power Connections, Inc., Bill collaborates with Susan Howington, CEO and Founder, to enhance and maximize their clients' experience as they pursue progressive and effective outplacement assistance.
Always looking for innovative career management applications, Bill pioneered the "win/win" concept of networking, as well as the "portfolio career" and the "free agency" approach to long-term job security.
Bill is particularly known as a speaker and entrepreneur, and regularly speaks on career management, entrepreneurship, and "unretirement." In addition to having pioneered the outplacement business in Southern California, Bill was a driving force behind the creation of the Association of Professional Consultants, the Global Network, and the Senior Executive Forum.
Bill is a member of the Dean's Advisory Board, as well as a mentor to MBA students, at the Paul Merage School of Business of the University of California, Irvine. He continues to be an active executive coach and business innovator.
Prior to his contributions in the outplacement industry, Bill worked in corporate America as a human resources executive, holding several positions including Vice President of Human Resources for AIR CAL (later acquired by American Airlines); and senior HR positions at Lowes Snyder Corp., Republic Corporation, and Hunt Wesson Foods.
Bill spent three years on active duty as a Naval Officer, and left the Naval Reserve with the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Bill received his BA in Business Administration from Principia College in Elsah, Illinois.

Dick Israel brings an exemplary investment banking and corporate finance background and experience to the Power Connections Team. Since 1973, he has managed Dick Israel & Partners, a leading Los Angeles-based independent investment bank. Previously, Dick was a Senior Partner of Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and a Senior Vice President and Director of Business Affairs of Rogers & Cowan.
In 1985, Dick founded and served as President of the Los Angeles Venture Association (LAVA), a trade group for the venture capital industry. He has served as President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and helped to create its now annually-held Los Angeles Business Conference on Growth Strategies, M&A and Finance. Dick has keynoted and led capital investment workshops sponsored by the Asia Business Forum in Kuala Lampur, Malaysia.
Dick Israel is also Managing Partner of Mason, Israel and Partners, a nationally recognized retained executive search firm which has provided "best in class" service to clients in a wide range of industries for more than 25 years.
He holds BA, Political Science and MA, Sociology degrees from the University of California at Berkeley and is listed in current editions of Marquis' Who's Who in America, Who's Who in Finance and Industry, and Who's Who in the West. With his wife, Dick resides in Beverly Hills.

With 36 published business and health articles, two books, and over 50 featured media appearances, the most recent acknowledgement of Diane Chapman's highly visible career is her inclusion in Simple Truths' 2008 book Customer Love, where she is profiled as "offering great customer service," and an inspiration to other businesses. It isn't the first time publishers have noticed her talents. Her excellence in résumé writing was acknowledged in 1994 by David R. Diane's extensive writing and media career began when she joined the Training and Development staff of the Zale Corporation in Dallas, Texas, and was quickly promoted to Director of Training for a 38-store division operating throughout the Western U.S. She produced a prolific portfolio using print, multimedia, sound, and video, focusing on sales training and exemplary customer service. In addition, she orchestrated the comprehensive training initiative for NCR's first-ever electronic cash register installation division-wide.
Her achievements with Zale were acknowledged when she was recognized by the Dallas Business and Professional Women's Club as a recipient of one of the city's distinguished Promising Young Careerists awards. Her success launched a media career that took her to New York City, Washington, D.C., and Southern California; with commercial and industrial projects for AT&T, Metropolitan Life, Radio Shack, PBS, NBC, CBS, FOX, Nissan, CIGNA, Dr. Soy, and more.
In 1992, Diane opened Words To Your Advantage Speaking and Writing Service in Orange County, and began offering résumés, bios, promotional writing, and media production globally to individuals as well as businesses. With nearly 17 years of experience in national and international executive search firms, she is well-versed in the requisite communications, research, and strategies that meet the industry's stringent standards for excellence.
Most recently, as a senior consultant with the former Wentworth Recruiting company of San Pedro, California, Julie sourced and recruited professionals utilizing Internet research, corporate contacts, and networking. Her ability to perform these activities with such completeness led to her appointment as the company-wide research specialist, and she assisted all recruiters with their accounts.
Prior to Wentworth Recruiting, Julie spent 16 years with O'Shea, Divine & Company, Inc., a Newport Beach executive search firm with global accounts. As a senior executive secretary, office manager, and researcher for the company, she acted as liaison between client companies and candidates, and prepared critical proposals and candidate packages for presentation to key clients.
